Yoga, Sunshine, Friends, Mondays.

Today is a wonderful day.

It's all sunshine-y.

I woke up at 9:30 and did some

yoga.

I love yoga.

I did some yoga, and then I

meditated.

Then I did some calisthenics.

Now I'm listening to the lovely

Kate Nash.

So, I have this new found obsession with

meditation.

I bought this awesome CD called

Tibetan Chakra Meditations.

It's so fabulously relaxing it's

ridiculous.

So. Here is the Second Chakram Healing Meditation from

some other guy. It's fab, too, but

I like mine better.

I want to paint my room, but I'm having a little trouble. I have lots of B&W photos I want to hang, but i can't decide on a color to use as the accent wall [which is where the photos will hang]
